Dr. Ciulla is a Birmingham Alabama Native who received his undergraduate degree at UAB and his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the Carraway Hospital, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Ciulla is board certified in Family Medicine. He joined Columbiana Clinic in January 2001, and he serves as the MedicalDirector of Columbiana Health and Rehab/Nursing facility, as well as Medical Director of New Beacon Hospice, Alabaster Office.
Dr. Rhonda Carter is a native of Shelby County who has been practicing Internal Medicine in Columbiana since 1999. She received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed her residence training at Wake Forrest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. She is board Certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Carter practices adult and adolescent medicine and is accepting new patients age 12 and above.
Dr. Scott Davidson received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He joined Columbiana Clinic in 2003. Dr. Davidson sees patients of all ages.
Dr. Megan Bullard is a Columbiana native who returned to her hometown to practice medicine in 2015. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the University of Alabama Family Medicine Residency and participated in the Rural Training Track. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine. Dr. Bullard is currently accepting new patients of all ages.
